App Rules & Zero Tolerance Policy

SpicyRooms maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy to protect all community members. Violations of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent IP and hardware device ban without the possibility of appeal.

  • Strictly 18+ (No Minors Allowed): SpicyRooms is exclusively for adults. Any attempt by a minor to register or bypass age verification will result in immediate termination and ban.
  • No Hate Speech or Harassment: Aggressive behavior, racism, sexism, bullying, or intimidation of any kind is strictly prohibited across all public and private channels.
  • No Illegal Content or Commercial Services: Sharing illegal activities, non-consensual media, or offering commercial services (such as escort services or prostitution) is a severe violation.
  • Consent is Mandatory: Unwanted sexual harassment or non-consensual advances will lead to an immediate ban upon being reported by the receiving user.

1. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Automated Moderation

SpicyRooms utilizes 24/7 Artificial Intelligence moderation algorithms alongside a dedicated human review team to monitor all User-Generated Content (UGC). We strictly enforce content guidelines. We reserve the absolute right to review, remove, or block any text, avatar, or profile information, and permanently terminate user accounts that violate our policies at any time and without prior notice.

2. Real-Time Block & Report Mechanisms

Every user has the built-in technical capability to instantly Block and Report any unwanted, abusive, or suspicious behavior within the app. Upon blocking a user, their profile and messages will permanently disappear from your screen. Our moderation team reviews all submitted reports within 24 hours and takes immediate corrective actions, including permanent device bans.

3. Limitation of Liability & Administrator Interventions

System Administrators reserve the right to intervene at any time to maintain community safety, issue warnings, execute temporary suspensions, or issue permanent account purges. By using SpicyRooms, you agree to abide by all community guidelines and acknowledge that abusive behavior will result in immediate forfeiture of app access.

Privacy Policy & Data Security

End-to-End Encryption: All live video calls are End-to-End Encrypted (E2E). We cannot record, store, listen to, or access your live video and audio streams under any circumstances.

1. Data Collection & Anonymous by Design Philosophy

We embrace a strict "Anonymous by design" architecture. We do not require your real legal name, physical address, or personal photo uploads. We only collect the absolute minimum data necessary for secure authentication, age verification, and operational system safety.

2. Absolute Right to Account & Data Deletion

You maintain absolute ownership and control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records directly from the App's Settings menu at any given time. Upon selecting account deletion, your profile, chat logs, and preferences are instantly, irreversibly, and permanently purged from our active databases.
